Qi Gong is the energy work of traditional Chinese medicine. These simple, gentle movements allow us to feel, cultivate and promote the balanced flow of "chi" in our bodies.
Tai Chi - Beginner
This mind-body practice is recommended by NIH to address and prevent numerous conditions. Slow, fluid movements promote relaxation, balance, strength and flexibility for people of all ages. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Movement modifications are available for any physical limitation.
Tai Chi - Intermediate & Advanced
Knowledge of the Tai Chi Beginners material is required. We will aim to deepen our understanding of the practice while cultivating our ability to relax, listen, connect, follow and cultivate chi.
